300 Days of Movement

Well to say its been a while would be a gross understatement. It has been over a year since I have last posted.

I am still running after a break with a knee injury. But I am back at it and so far the knee is great and holding out. I have not picked the races I want to do yet, except the Melissa Road Race in Banff. I am thinking about the Mud Hero or the Tough Mudder. But I may not have any friend brave enough to run a muddy course that you run, crawl, and climb through.

I made a resolution this year to move for 30 minutes at least 300 days this year, so far I have made 1 day out of 10 we hit the out door rink for a hockey game (We are Canadian after all). But as for the lack of movement... I am so very sick with a nasty throat infection the thought of moving makes me want to die. So that was the very reason that I gave myself a 65 day window, for sickness, holidays, and incidentals.

I have about 100 days until I have to bikini ready for the beach so I am dedicating the blog to food, and moving.

This is the year I making a BIG move, and cleaning it up.

I am vowing to sleep more, eat cleaner, drink more water and less booze, and move at a minimum 300 days.
